The SLC5 - Our World Tour frameset

This latest generation of the SLC series takes everything we know about crafting lightweight frames that don't compromise stiffness or control, and apply significant aerodynamic improvements over the previous model. This makes it the race frame of choice for several of our pro teams, including the Mayenne Pro Wold Tour women's team, who won back-to-back stages at this year's Vuelta Espana Femenina on their SLC5 with Hyper 5 wheels.

It blends M46, M65, T800, and T1100 carbon fibers in seven distinct layup configurations, targeted precisely across key frame zones.

FEM analysis guides the stacking sequence, while high-performance pre-pregs are applied over dedicated mandrels and cured in molds.

The result is a frame that balances stiffness, compliance, and weight, delivering uncompromising performance from every angle.

To validate the SLC5’s aerodynamic performance, we conducted repeated wind tunnel tests in both Japan and the UK, using different facilities, protocols, and control standards.

We didn’t cherry-pick the best run. Instead, we took the worst, trimmed averages, multiple trials, refined variables, and calculated scientifically averaged values to reflect real-world performance.

The results speak for themselves.

Compared to its predecessor, the SLC5 saved over 13 watts at 48 km/h. More importantly, these gains were consistent - across multiple tests, riders, and conditions.

We didn’t build this frame to win in simulations. For us, aero isn’t marketing - it’s measured to refine a design, then proven on the road by our pro teams.
