Absolutely! Whether based on one of the example packages you see here or not, every bike is made to order for each customer. Nothing is off-the-peg. You choose all sizes and colours, including crank arm length, gear ratios, tyre size, saddle width etc.

We get in touch and collect all this information after you place an order for a complete builds.

After placing your order for the basic bike choices (frame, bars, wheels, groupset) we'll get in touch to collect all your requirements including frame colour and size, bar size, wheel rim depth and finish, crank arm length, gear ratios, tyre size and saddle width. We'll also check your preferred brake orientation (UK/Euro), bar taping preference (aero vs standard), and headunit make to prepare your out-front mount.

We'll be happy to advise if you need guidance in any of these areas.

Every bike is made to order. Builds only begin once all details are documented and agreed with you. Every build includes the following as standard:

• Full frame preparation including reaming and facing the bottom bracket and all mounting surfaces.
• Steerer cut to your requirements with no excess spacers above the stem (unless requested).
• Hydraulic hoses are padded to ensure a rattle-free ride!
• Electronic groupsets bench-tested and software upgraded to the latest versions to ensure the highest performance.
• UK or Euro brake setup.
• Levers set up in the position you prefer.
• Bar taping style applied.

We've selected quality finishing kit to perfectly match your bike:

• Bottom Bracket: Premium Token BB matched to your frame and groupset.
• Tyres (road): Goodyear Eagle F1R or Continental GP5000
• Tyres (gravel): Vittoria Terreno T50
• Saddle: PRO Stealth Performance or Carbon
• Bar tape: Tacky or Cork

Bikes without integrated carbon cockpits are built with quality alloy stems and bars by PRO and Profile Design.

By default, road tyres are setup with tubes and gravel tyres are tubeless, but we'll be happy to build to your preference.

Finishing components are subject to change based on availability but components would be of equal or higher value.

Prices quoted do not include pedals, bottles or cages, but we'll be happy to provide you with a quote and supply these.

Groupsets do not include power meters unless specifically included in the description.

Prices do not include a chain catcher but we thoroughly recommend all customers of 2x setups have one of these fitted to protect against frame damage caused by dropped chains. It happens to the pros, so it can happen to the rest of us!

Complete bikes can be paid for as follows:

• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer
• PayPal Pay-In-3 monthly payments (zero additional cost)
• Your employer's Cycle To Work voucher

Lead times vary throughout the year but our build queue is typically 4-5 weeks from placing your order. If your order is urgent please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Our preference is that complete bikes are collected in person from our workshops in Bridgend. This allows a proper introduction to your new bike, its operation and ownership. We can do a final fit and we never turn down the chance to join you for a test ride if needed! :-D

We understand collection in person is not possible for all customers so we can also deliver your bike, ready-to-ride (not boxed) anywhere within the UK. Prices range from £75+VAT. We'll be happy to quote for this service.
