We know that not every customer can travel to South Wales to collect their new bike in person. That's why we offer a specialist ready-to-ride bike delivery service with Bike Services UK, allowing us to safely deliver complete bikes to customers across much of the UK.

This isn't a conventional parcel courier service. Your bike does not need to be dismantled and packed into a cardboard bike box. Instead, Bike Services UK specialises in transporting complete bicycles without boxes, allowing your new Winspace bike to arrive in the same assembled condition in which it leaves us.

Will my Winspace bike arrive fully assembled?

Yes. Your bike is delivered fully built and ready to ride. There is no need for you to unpack a large bike box, refit the handlebars, install the front wheel or carry out any other bike assembly before your first ride.

We build, set up and prepare your bike at Winspace UK's workshops before collection. Bike Services UK then transports the complete bike using its specialist bicycle delivery service.

For customers who aren't confident assembling a high-performance road or gravel bike - or simply don't believe they should have to after buying a complete custom-built bike - this is a major advantage over conventional boxed delivery.

Does my new bike need to be packed in a box?

No. The bike itself is transported without a bike box.

Bike Services UK specialises in no-box bicycle transport. Their drivers and vehicles are set up specifically for transporting bicycles, rather than treating your new bike as an oversized parcel moving through a conventional courier network.

This means we don't have to partially dismantle your finished bike simply to fit it into a cardboard shipping box.

What happens to the accessories supplied with my bike?

Your accessories box is delivered with the bike. This contains the additional items supplied with your build that aren't fitted to the bicycle.

Your bike and its accompanying accessories therefore arrive together, while the bike itself remains fully assembled and ready to ride.

Who delivers Winspace bikes?

Ready-to-ride deliveries from Winspace UK are carried out by Bike Services UK, a specialist UK bicycle logistics company.

Unlike a conventional parcel courier carrying thousands of different types of packages, Bike Services UK's drivers specialise in transporting bicycles. Their ready-to-ride service is specifically designed to collect and deliver complete bikes without requiring them to be boxed.

Can I choose when my bike is delivered?

Bike Services UK will contact you to arrange your delivery. Once your bike has been collected from Winspace UK, the delivery arrangements are agreed with you rather than your bike simply appearing unexpectedly at your address.

This is particularly useful with a high-value bike, as you can make sure somebody is available to receive it personally.

Can I track my bike on the day of delivery?

Yes. Live tracking is provided on the day of delivery.

You will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery and see the driver's exact location, giving you a much better idea of when your new bike will arrive.

How much does ready-to-ride bike delivery cost?

Ready-to-ride bike delivery starts from £75 + VAT (£90 including VAT), depending on your postcode.
